Description
Recent surge in discoveries of exoplanets and major improvements observational techniques change the expectations of the role of radial velocity searches. Today several massive projects run a race to achieve a long-term precision of 10 cm/s. I will explain the main challenges we are facing and the currently pursued ways of addressing them. I will also speak about the recent tendency of combining various detection techniques.
