Description
In this talk, I will present differential equation models of protein regulatory networks that have helped to identify and understand these networks. The talk will focus mainly on two systems: planar cell polarity (joint work with Jeff Axelrod in the Stanford Medical School), and the HER2/3 network in breast cancer (joint work with Joe Gray at Lawrence Berkeley Labs).
