  • Relocation of the video recordings by Jakob Nordin and Linda Ostman from June from the current location, /afs/.physto.se/common/www/movies.cosmo2007, to a more permanent location.
  • Status on the Nordita program web pages. The final layout should be agreed upon.
  • Status on the 3 servers that arrived in June. Will be installed in Nordita basement.
  • Status on moving the helios server. Iouri to contact Petter to call the lady from Denmark.
  • Moving remaining mailing lists from Denmark to here.
  • Nordita server to be installed in the basement (for CVS and everything); 1-2 months time.
  • Nordita web pages, upload of images for data base (for pictures of staff etc). Iouri -> Hans.
  • Extra window under indico for downloading streaming videos.
  • Nordita help pages: update and make them available again.
  • Journal access: e.g.. Rep. Prog. Phys. To be discussed with Hans.
  • Setup of new double-paged Nordita printer from norlx99. Hans to give us update.
  • Wireless access at Arlanda (Boingo and IPASS). To be discussed with Hans.
  • Progress on the students entry for colloquium (students@albanova.se). Iouri to contact Sergio when he is back.
