Description
In this talk I will present results for a representative sample of 24 Sa spiral galaxies obtained with the integral-field spectrograph SAURON. I will focus on the relationship between the (stellar and gas) kinematics and stellar populations of the different structures (bulge, disk,...) found in our sample. Particular attention will be paid to the presence of central disks and kinematically decoupled cores to examine their relation to evolutionary processes and the formation of (pseudo-)bulges.
