 \nVenue\n\n\n\nNordita\, Stockholm\, Sweden\n\nScope\n\nGravitational wave
 s promise a new window into the highest-energy events in the evolution of 
 the universe. The recent LIGO/Virgo detections of gravitational waves from
  the mergers of binary black holes and binary neutron stars have ignited i
 nterest in the future direction of gravitational wave astronomy.\n\nThe sp
 ace-based Laser Interferometer Satellite Antenna (LISA)\, due for launch i
 n 2034\, will enable direct detection of gravitational waves of frequencie
 s around a milliHertz. This frequency range makes LISA sensitive to stocha
 stic gravitational wave backgrounds produced by unknown physics operating 
 in the early universe\, including first-order phase transitions at the ele
 ctroweak scale.\n\nThis Nordita program will bring scientists together to 
 engage in an effort to characterize and detect sources contributing to the
  gravitational wave background from the early universe\, and the implicati
 ons for new physics at the TeV scale and beyond.\n\nPreliminary Schedule\n
 \n\nWeek 1 (26.8 - 30.8): Inflation\, cosmic strings\, and probes of high-
 energy and gravitational physics.\nWeek 2 (2.9 - 6.9): Cosmological phase 
 transitions\, primordial turbulence and relic magnetic fields.\nWeek 3 (9.
 9 - 13.9): Data analysis for early Universe sources\nWeek 4 (16.9 - 20.9):
