Description
In this talk, I will present two specific theories in which an
additional scalar field can be invoked to simplify the cosmology of
massive spin-2 theories. I will first talk about the minimal theory of
quasidilaton massive gravity, a Lorentz-breaking theory of massive
gravity + scalar field, propagating only 3 degrees of freedom. Then, I
will describe an example realization of chameleon bigravity, showing how
including a chameleon scalar allows to easily reach higher energies
without violating the Higuchi bound.
