Gravity and quantum theory have been confirmed individually, but phenomena
described by the two usually take place at very different physical regimes.
Nevertheless, gravity can affect quantum systems and some aspects of the
interplay can be probed in experiments. In the first part of the talk I will
briefly show how signatures of speculative models of quantum gravity can be
probed in table-top quantum systems. In the second part I will discuss how
time dilation affects the dynamics of composite quantum systems, resulting
in novel effects that can be accessed in near future experiments.
