DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will discuss the behaviour of the Euclidean p
 ath integral at low temperatures in the context of AdS_3 supergravity\, hi
 ghlighting the difference between near-extremal and near-bps limits. In ou
 r work\, we analyzed quantum fluctuations in both the near-horizon and asy
 mptotic regions and clarified various aspects of the bosonic fluctuations 
 (namely\, the rotational modes and gauge modes) that have been confusing i
 n the literature. We highlight the role of boundary conditions in AdS_3\, 
 and show in particular that the gravitational path integral in the near-ho
 rizon region is inequivalent to that around the full BTZ solution at low t
