Description
I shall give an overview of the fascinating cosmic evolution of lithium, from the era of Big-Bang Nucleosynthesis to young Population I stars of the Galactic disk. It will be shown that lithium brings together several physical disciplines in a unique way: cosmology, particle physics, stellar structure & evolution and stellar atmospheres. While the overall picture is likely worked out, many details remain to be understood. Host: Jaime de la Cruz
