In this talk I will describe our recent results from simulations of reionization on large scales (100 - 35 Mpc). I will go through the various ways to characterize the reionization geometry and its observational characteristics at redshifted 21cm, and briefly describe the LOFAR Epoch of Reionization project. I will also show how changing from WMAP1 to WMAP3 cosmologies changes the simulation results and how feedback from reionization on galaxy formation affects the reionization process itself.
