Description
In the seminar I will present our recent studies on mammalian gene regulation using genome-wide data. More specifically I will describe collaborative work on how lineage specific gene expression is specified and maintained
by families of transcription factors. I will also describe technical developments in single-cell transcriptome analyses
and recent unpublished data on RNA processing and transcriptional elongation using RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq data.
