Description
The study of different kinds of dynamical processes is of considerable importance in quantum physics and its application to understanding nature. In the talk, calculations of resonances and scattering processes in quantum systems are discussed in the frame of the complex scaling method. Special attention will be drawn to the long-range Coulomb scattering processes. A splitting approach for long-range potentials will be introduced and illustrated for the three-body scattering problem.
