Description
Observations of high energy cosmic rays and photons are currently opening a new window through which both the local structure of the universe and the nature of the sources can be probed. I will discuss high energy cosmic rays as a probe of the local universe in light of the new Pierre Auger Observatory results. I will also discuss the possible use of data from GLAST to probe structure, and possibly also the nature of dark matter.
