In this talk, I will discuss about the recent progress in spintronics using two dimensional (2D) crystals such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride and other novel 2D crystals. I will elaborate on how 2D crystals with different electronic properties can play different roles of components required for new kind of spintronic circuits.
