The Universe from Space

Last year the Hubble Space Telescope celebrated its 25th anniversary. Hubble has produced a paradigm shift in how both astronomers and the general public understand the Universe, and it may be time to take stock of all the accomplishments of the many space missions undertaken by numerous agencies (ESA, NASA, etc.) over the past ~30 years. We will do this with an eye to set the stage for the next game-changing space missions.
