Description
Getting the Diversity Balance Right in Physics" was the title of a forum organized by EPS last year in London and a “Gender in Physics Day” was organized by CERN, ESO and NordForsk a month ago at CERN. I will present some statistics that was shown at the conferences, give some examples of activities that are going on in order to increase the diversity and I will also discuss my impression of these events.
