Please make sure to provide your Name, Surname, and Email as these fields are mandatory. We highly recommend filling out all available fields. Additionally, we encourage you to make your name publicly visible by choosing "Display my participation to everyone who can see this event". This will only show your Name, Surname, and affiliation/company. Your Email is always private and not shared with anyone. However, you have the option to display it exclusively to other members, referred to as "participants" on the list.
