You apply for the Quantum Connections School in two steps:
- Fill in the application form below.
- Ask your supervisor or another reference person to send a recommendation letter to the e-mail address: qc-school@nordita.org.
Both steps must be completed by March 11, 2026.
You will be informed by the organizers shortly after the application deadline whether your application has been approved or not. Due to space restrictions, the total number of participants is strictly limited.
The registrqation fee is €400 for accepted participants. The registration fee covers full participation. The school will cover local expenses (housing, meals, airport transfer) for non-local participants during the school. Participants cover their own travel expenses. A limited number of need-based grants may be available, including registration fee waivers and partial travel support.
Details on the methods of payment and accommodation will be included in the acceptance mail.
