Description
Some time ago I proposed a particular partial continuum limit of a 2D spin-less lattice fermion system with short range repulsion and away from half filling which, as I argued, makes this model amenable to analytical computations [arXive:math-ph/0606041]. This yields a 2D analogue of the Luttinger model which can be exactly solved by bosonization. In my talk I provide motivation and background for this work. I also plan to present some recent results.
