We will review in this seminar the different issues concerning the
observation of dark matter, reviewing the recent data from the latest
direct and indirect detection experiments and their interpretation in terms
of dark matter. We also present the most favored candidates (neutralino, gravitino,
fermion from hidden sector) and explore their phenomenological
characteristics and the chances to detect them in the near future.
