How to compute AdS/CFT spectrum at any value of the 't Hooft coupling

I will show how to apply integrability techniques for computation of the AdS/CFT spectrum, i.e. of the conformal dimensions of local operators in planar N=4 SYM. The computation is possible in principle at any value of the 't Hooft coupling; this was done up to explicit numbers for particular examples. I will consider both long operators, algorithm for computation of their spectrum is already understood, and short operators which are under consideration these days.
