Fisher deformation for a decaying brane and string field theory

Description
We consider the dynamics of the decay of an
unstable brane in light-cone time. The equation that
describes an inhomogeneous decay turns out to be a
variant of the so called Fisher equation, a non-linear partial
differential equation, that appears in many other areas. We
will discuss the possibility of extending the solution to a
solution of the equation of motion of (open) string field theory.
