New integrable structures for scattering amplitudes in N=4 SYM

Description
In this talk I will present results on the interplay between scattering amplitudes in N=4 SYM and the Yang-Baxter equation. I will explain the most important ingredients, including Yangian symmetry and Grassmannian language, which I will use to present the spectral-parameter deformation of scattering amplitudes and the interpretation of the spectral parameter itself. Finally I will discuss the exciting possibility of a new regularization for loop amplitudes.
