Description
I will discuss the effective theory of fluids and some of its
applications in cosmology. In particular, I will focus on
the features
of the theory that make it especially useful to model the
acceleration
of the Universe and search for departures from the standard
LambdaCDM. I
will also comment on the main differences with respect to
popular
single-field models.
