Description
Title: The angular power spectrum — a super pedagogical introduction to statistics on the sphere
||| Abstract: Many branches of astrophysics use the angular power spectrum to describe physics on the sphere. During this quick introductory talk, I'll describe the algortihms used to calculate this statistic. If time permits, I'll try to look at higher order statistics (three-point function and beyond). As always, open discussion is strongly be encouraged.
