In this talk I will discuss neutron star superfluidity and its impact on the dynamics of the star. I will explain why an understanding of superfluidity is key for both electromagnetic and gravitational-wave observations of pulsar. The main focus will be on recent work related to superfluid turbulence, and very new insights into neutron star free precession and superfluid oscillations.
