A speculative model of imbalanced MHD turbulence

Alex is likely to present Sect.8.2 of his "Biased Review" on MHD Turbulence (https://arxiv.org/abs/2010.00699) on the "board". There he will seize on the idea of nonlocality of interactions, but in a way that is somewhat different from that of Beresnyak & Lazarian (2008). The resulting scheme captures most of the properties of imbalanced turbulence observed in numerical simulations and reduces to the already established theory for the balanced case, so perhaps it deserves at least some benefit of the doubt.
