Description
I will present the current efforts to perfect various observational
techniques to be able to detect and study Earth-like exoplanets. In
particular, I will describe the ongoing attempts to reach the 1 cm/s
precision in radial velocity measurements in Geneva and Berkeley and
the race for getting spectra from the planetary atmospheres.
