The idea is to have an interactive discussion about the standard theoretical value of the effective number of neutrinos (Neff). First I would like to focus on an introduction to understand what Neff is and why its theoretical value is different from a plain 3. After that, my goal is to state the new things that were done in https://arxiv.org/abs/2012.02726 and, hopefully, convince you that the standard value of Neff is now very robustly determined up to the 4th significant figure.
