The introduction of cosmological perturbations in cosmological models within Loop Quantum Cosmology (LQC) is a natural and necessary step when working towards a falsifiable picture of the theory. In this talk I review the main results of LQC in the context of the flat FLRW model, and the issues behind introducing cosmological perturbations. I focus on one important issue, namely the choice of vacuum of the perturbations, and propose the so-called States of Low Energy as suitable candidates for vacua, resorting to preliminary comparisons with data.
