Chiral magnetic field, an anomalous transport phenomena originated from
the chiral anomaly, causes some interesting phenomena, which are recently being explored. Once we incorporate it into magnetohyrdodynamics, we find nontrivial coevolution of the magnetic fields and matter distribution, which can be important for cosmology. In this talk, I will explain that cosmological inflation driven by axion-like field give rises to an initial condition for the chiral magnetohydrodynamics, and it is essential to take it into account to determine the thermal history of the Universe. In particular, I will show how the baryon asymmetry of the Universe, which is one of the most important mysteries in cosmology and particle physics, is affected by the evolution of the system with the chiral magnetohyrdodynamics.
