Description

Besides gravity and Yang-Mills theories, the double copy relations are also applicable to scalar field theories that propagate Goldstone modes. Important examples are the non-linear sigma model, the Dirac-Born-Infeld model and the special Galileon. We will outline how these naturally arise (and can be classified) within the double copy framework. Moreover, we will discuss to what extent the more recent phenomenon of hidden zeros, as outlined by Arkani-Hamed et al, also applies to these theories.
