Description
We present the latest updates from the CCAT scientific collaboration, which is finishing the construction of its state-of-the-art Fred Young Submillimeter Telescope (FYST), at an altitude of 5600 m in the Atacama plateau in Chile. The telescope construction is nearly complete and the installation of the first-light cameras are in progress. We specifically highlight the status and the science objectives of the Prime-Cam and EoR-Spec cameras, designed for wide-area continuum surveys and narrow-field Line Intensity Mapping (LIM) surveys, respectively.
