Accommodation is available as an optional add-on when registering for the conference. The booking can only be made for the full duration of the conference (Sunday - Friday).
We are offering rooms across three Oxford colleges: Lady Margaret Hall, Balliol College, and Wycliffe Hall. Available room types include both single and double rooms.
All accommodation bookings include breakfast at the college.
Pricing
- Single rooms: up to £470
- Double rooms: up to £420
During the booking process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preference for room type and, if applicable, a preferred roommate.
While we will do our best to accommodate these preferences, please note that we are unable to guarantee a single room for every participant. In some cases we may have to assign roommates.
Where roommate requests are not specified or cannot be fulfilled, rooms will be allocated randomly based on gender.
Further details about your assigned college and accommodation will be shared closer to the date of the conference.
