Accommodation:
Hotel rooms can be difficult to find in Stockholm around this time of the year, so we have made block reservation with negotiated rates at two nearby hotels

• Elite Hotel Arcadia (15 rooms, 1197 SEK/night; use reservation code 2876677)
• Elite Palace Hotel (20 rooms, 1301 SEK/night; use reservation code 2876674)
  

Prices include breakfast. Please contact the hotel yourself (by phone or email) and place the reservation using our reservation code (mentioned above for the two hotels) for the negotiated rate. We can keep the block reservation until *August 4*, after which we will have to release the rooms (you may still be able to make a reservation, but no guarantees).
