Description
Arguably, the WIMP paradigm needs to be disposed of before
the bulk of the community would move to searches for axions.
In my contribution I will give an overview of status and
near future of WIMP searches, including indirect WIMP
detection, direct WIMP detection, some words on LHC and a
brief comparison of approaches.
