Description
I review recent progress in calculating the hadron
structure-dependent radiative corrections to the neutron
beta-decay. An application of dispersion relations to the
$\gamma W$-box allowed to provide a data-driven estimate of
the uncertainty of this calculation, reducing the hadronic
uncertainty by almost a factor 2.
