If you want to apply for participation in the Beyond the LHC programme, please fill in the application form. If you also want to participate in the workshop 25-27 July, you need to make a separate registration here. You will be informed by the organizers shortly after the application deadline whether your application has been approved. Due to space restrictions, the total number of participants is strictly limited. (Invited speakers are of course automatically approved, but need to register anyway.) A minimum stay of one working week is required for the programme and we encourage participants to stay for a period of at least two weeks. There is no registration fee for the programme. We will have some money to cover travel expenses (but no per diem) for programme participants and participants at the connected workshop. If you need this support, please mark the corresponding field in the application form, and indicate an estimation of your expected travel expenses. Decision concerning travel expenses will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified shortly after the application deadline.
