Description
I discuss some of the latest developments in holographic
bottom-up models for QCD in the Veneziano limit (V-QCD)
where the flavor fully backreacts to the glue. Finite quark
mass and the axial anomaly can be included in the model in a
natural way, and the pion and eta prime masses satisfy the
Gell-Mann-Oakes-Renner and Witten-Veneziano relations. I
also show how the S-parameter depends on the quark mass and
how double trace deformations affect the phase diagram.
