Description
In this talk I will discuss recent developments that have
suggested new connections between the transport properties
of quantum matter and many-body chaos. In particular I will
describe how in many holographic theories there are simple
relationships between the thermoelectric diffusion constants
and the butterfly velocity, which describes the speed at
which chaos propagates.
