If you want to apply for participation in the workshop, please fill in the application form. You will be informed by the organizers shortly after the application deadline whether your application has been approved. Due to space restrictions, the total number of participants is strictly limited. (Invited speakers are of course automatically approved, but still need to register.) There is no registration fee. Invited speakers do not need to apply for travel and accommodation support. Junior researchers can submit a title and abstract as we expect to have a few slots for contributed talks. The organizers reserve the right to make the final selection and we will inform applicants shortly after the deadline on September 1. Travel and accommodation grants PhD students and junior postdoctoral fellows are eligible for travel and accommodation grants to participate in the workshop. If you are interested in such a grant, please register before August 4 and mark the corresponding field in the application form, briefly summarize your interest in the program in the comments field, and indicate your PhD advisor (PhD students only) as well as an estimation of your expected travel expenses. Since only a limited number of grants is available, decision concerning the grants will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified shortly after the application deadline. Accommodation Nordita can book a limited number of rooms in the Stockholm apartment hotel BizApartments at a discounted rate, or at Matsällskapet Guestrooms. If you are interested in booking one of these rooms, you should register before August 4 and tick the corresponding box in the application form. Rates at BizApartments are 775/885/1100 SEK per night for small/medium/large studios. Rates at Matsällskapet Guestrooms are 580 SEK/night for a single room. It is possible to share a double room with someone else for 100 SEK extra per night. Please state your preference in the comments section of the Application form.
