Accommodation
The accommodation is provided by the workshop and is booked from the day before the start of the workshop with check-out on the day after the end of the workshop. Any extension of the stay or changes in room type should be informed to the hotel and program coordinators and expenses shall be covered by the guest accordingly. The accommodation is provided at Elite Hotel Arcadia and Elite Hotel Plaza only for non-local participants.
