Public transportation tickets in Stockholm area
The public transportation area in the region of Stockholm has no zones. A single ticket is simply valid for 75 minutes.

An easy way to pay is to simply tap a credit card on one of the readers (green square) when entering the bus or subway.
An exception applies when you want to access the commuter train station at Arlanda Airport for which you have to pay an additional access fee (both at arrival and departure). See below for public transportation at Arlanda Airport.
Public transportation from city centre to the venue
The address of the venue is: Högberga Gård Hotell & Konferens, Grindstigen 5-6, 181 62 Lidingö.
To get there with public transportation from Stockholm:
- Take Subway Line 13 to "Ropsten" (Final stop of line, one of two red lines.)
- At Ropsten change to Tram 21 (towards Gåshaga)
- Get off at trams stop "Högberga"
From there it is a walk of 800m to the conference venue. Follow the directions on the venue's homepage or trust your favourite navigation app.
It takes about 50 minutes to get from the Central Station (T-Centralen) to the venue.
Public transportation from Arlanda Airport
If you want to use public transportation from Arlanda Airport to the conference venue Högberga Gård, you first have to make your way from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Central Station. From there you follow the route described above.
Stockholm Central Station goes by (at least) three slightly different names: Stockholm C (for trains), Stockholm City (for commuter train) and finally T-Centralen (for subway).
There are different alternatives to get from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Central. They are detailed on Arlanda Airport's homepage.
The most common options are
- Arlanda Express (https://www.arlandaexpress.com/) Express train which is separate from the general public SL transportation system for which you need an extra ticket. This is the fastest and most expensive alternative.
- SL Commuter Train (https://sl.se/en/in-english) Public commuter train. Here the SL ticket is valid. However, you will pay an extra station access fee at Arlanda.
- Bus transport by Flygbussarna (https://flygbussarna.se/en)

We believe that the reference price should be around 1.000 SEK from Arlanda Airport to Högberga Gård, depending on the taxi company. We recommend to negotiate the price and to ask for a fixed rate.
